Mothers Day

It has been a long time and seems as if we should contribute. Yesterday was a good day. Gma taught Gospel Doctrine and then Gma and Gpa spoke at Sacramant Meeting. I wanted to bring out certain things because so many sisters hate Mother's Day for various reasons. Gma covered most of them and made such a difference to to so many. She covered those without children or husbands, those whose children had strayed and many many other others. So many were appreciative of her remarks. Gpa talked about the equality of women and priesthood and admnonished the priesthood to be supportive to all and to take their places in the home.
\Afterwards we went to Ann's for chicken, etc. It was a good visit and an enjoyable day. Only problem was Gpa had a Menieres attack at Sacrament Meeting and had to to hold tight to the podium. This should be remedied with a special device before long. Hope so.
I will try to enclose a picture of Gma in her new Mother's Day Dress. She also received a coffee table from the daughers and Paul. As I said it was a good dayl
We hope each of you had a great day and enjoyed your families. We love each of you a lot.

It sounds like gma had a good mother's day. We did here too. The kids and I sang in church on Sunday, the five of us. It was really fun to do. Only thing is, by the end of my part, I was crying and having a hard time singing. They did a great job.
